Kori Billings, CCIM
Kori moved to Tampa in 1994 after graduating from Indiana University. Before entering the commercial real estate industry, she enjoyed 15 years as the owner/operator of a medical equipment sales and distribution company. Kori represents buyers, owners and tenants of office and retail properties. She is Bridgewater’s exclusive business broker, with sales in restaurant, daycare and equipment rental businesses. Kori works with new and experienced investors, offering her clients the added value of an analytical perspective with her eight years of experience as a Florida Real Estate Appraiser. Kori excels at problem resolution and building lasting client relationships earned through years of service and attention to detail.
Shane represents buyers and sellers of office and industrial properties, land, and environmentally impacted properties. He also provides tenant/landlord representation in each of these property types. A Tampa resident since 1994, he graduated from Indiana University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. His environmental background has enabled him to provide solutions for property owners, even when contamination exists on and off site. In addition to commercial real estate, he has over 25 years of environmental industry experience having managed/completed more than 1,000 environmental due diligence studies on all types of real estate. He has conducted contamination assessments, groundwater monitoring, initial remedial actions and storage tank closure assessments at commercial & industrial sites, gas stations, dry cleaners and agricultural properties. His ardent ability to navigate and obtain public agency and historical land use records allows him to provide his clients with invaluable knowledge to help them purchase or sell real estate.
Kris, a Florida native, lives in Downtown St. Petersburg and specializes in Pinellas and Eastern Hillsborough County. He is the managing broker for Bridgewater Commercial. Kris learned his marketing knowledge from the University of South Florida, graduating as a Provost’s Scholar. Kris has real estate experience ranging from industrial development land, to retail sales and leasing. He is currently in the process of earning his CCIM designation. Kris grew up living and working on his family’s blueberry farm in Plant City where he developed a great understanding of running a small business. He comes from an entrepreneurial family who has a history of investing in commercial real estate in Tampa. Kris began his real estate career in 2015 and started Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate in 2018.
Dan is a Sales Associate at Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate. Before moving to Florida six years ago, he practiced commercial real estate in Minneapolis, MN where he worked with clients for commercial, industrial, and investment real estate in both sales and leasing. When arriving in Florida, he quickly became a Top-20 agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. Dan is a well-respected commercial real estate industry veteran, with over 35 years of experience, and has listed and/or completed sales, purchases, and leases in excess of $50 Million. Dan is a founder and past board member of a publicly traded bank, which specializes in commercial real estate. Dan now covers Pinellas County helping investors, owners, tenants, and landlords with all aspects of their commercial real estate needs. Dan received some positive press coverage when he closed a $7.056 million portfolio of 77 St. Petersburg homes in July 2019.
Patty Huntington is a well respected broker associate in residential properties around Pinellas County. She has vast experience working with owners and buyers of investment properties. Patty helps residential investors not only buy and sell, but lease as well. Whether it be finding a qualified residential tenant for her investors, or helping buyers find the perfect beachfront condo they can either enjoy or lease, she has the experience and resources to help any residential investor. Dee Maret, CCIM
Dee has called St. Petersburg home for more than a quarter century and 15 of those years have been in commercial real estate. He earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) pin in 2011, a highly coveted designation attained by only six percent of all commercial practitioners. He was the president for CCIM’s 225-member Florida West Coast district in 2018 and also a state board member. From 2013-2018, he held several senior leadership positions with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, including ultimately serving as National Co-director for the company where he guided 700 affiliated agents through hundreds of transactions. He joined Bridgewater Commercial as a broker associate in 2018, specializing in investment sales. He is a second-generation broker and graduated from Georgia Southern.
Davis Nunneley is a highly skilled commercial real estate specialist with a focus on retail and multifamily investment properties in St. Petersburg. Throughout his Commercial Real Estate brokerage career he has been involved in the sale of over twenty million dollars of real estate transactions in four states. Laura Guroian grew up in Stamford, CT. She earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehab and worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago for five years as a Cardiac Sonographer II. Laura now resides in Largo. She co-owns Evermore Café located in downtown Largo. Laura is an active member of the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Women’s Leadership Committee. She is an appointed member to the City of Largo’s Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board. Laura is highly motivated and focused, combining her extensive healthcare background, small business experience and knowledge of the community to work for you. Laura joined Bridgewater Commercial as a Commercial Associate in 2018. She specializes in retail leasing and investment sales.
