Hybrid work is here to stay and Class A office faces challenges. However, free-standing medical and professional official buildings have been selling quickly regionally. Bridgewater completed 27 transactions in this sector in 2022, setting high-water mark in prices-per-square-foot in sales along St. Pete’s Central Avenue corridor.

Multifamily & Apartments

Higher tax burdens for residents of Northern states are sending more of them to the sunshine. Many are choosing to rent, supporting an ever-expanding apartment market and apartment rents have never been higher. Bridgewater sold a 14-unit multifamily portfolio in 2022; we can help you sell your apartment complex or represent you in a purchase.

Residential Portfolios

Our team has experience with SFR (single family residential) portfolios.
