Bridgewater represented the seller in a Multifamily Development Land Assemblage deal on 2nd Ave N in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg. Taking advantage of a unique zoning code, and working in conjunction with the Seller’s neighbors, Nunneley was able to negotiate a sales price of over $6M/acre.
