Bridgewater represented the seller in a Multifamily Development Land Assemblage deal on 2nd Ave N in the Grand Central District of St. Petersburg. Taking advantage of a unique zoning code, and working in conjunction with the Seller’s neighbors, Nunneley was able to negotiate a sales price of over $6M/acre. The proposed $79.2M, 18-story, Multifamily development will include a 5-story parking garage with 382 spaces, and 279 Multifamily units. The first floor will incorporate a lobby, leasing office and entryways to the parking garage, while the 6th floor will begin to incorporate the residential units and a pool deck. The site plan also calls for a 2,000 SF dog park.
