Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of a 4.65 acre residential property in Northwest Tampa for $1.75 million after the Buyer rezoned the property from RES-9 to PUD.

 

Bridgewater originally sold the property in 2022 for $1.25 million. After the sale, the Buyer decided to relist the Property with Bridgewater. The new Buyer rezoned the property as Planned Unit Development, which will allow for commercial, retail, and multi-family uses. With the new zoning in place, Billings was able to resell the property for $500,000 over his client’s original investment.
