Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of a total of 5,895-square-foot of office space at 3775 Central Ave. for $1.299 million or $220 per square foot. 

 

The concrete block building, which can accommodate up to four tenants, offers the new owner considerable flexibility. A chiropractor currently occupies about 2,000 square feet. The seller, an attorney, had occupied about 1,800 square feet and there are two other suites that can add income if the buyer doesn’t want to occupy any of the space. 

 

The buyer, Mistry Plaza LLC, was represented by Jay Phillips of Jay Allen Real Estate. 

 

“These investors are getting a nice professional office building, on Central, with easy access to Downtown and the beaches. There is plenty of parking and it’s not in a flood zone either, which is becoming a must for lots of wise buyers,” listing agent Dee Maret said. Maret co-listed the property with Kris Dumke, the broker for Bridgewater Commercial. 

 

The seller, 3775 Central LLC, purchased the property in December 2016 for $510,000 or $87 per square foot.
