Located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, the 1,800-square-foot turn-key restaurant accommodates 49 diners. To the rear, the fully updated, single family residence can serve as an owner’s quarters or earn additional income as a short- or long-term rental property. Additionally, in 2017, a zoning variance was granted that allows two residential units to be added above the restaurant if the new owner so desires. 

 

The seller, Devolli, LLC, was represented by Brad Meinck of Coastal Properties Group.  Hasib “Zi” Azizi of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty worked with Maret in representing the buyer, NESE Investment LLC.

Chef Bora currently owns top-ranked Mio’s Grille & Café, with locations in Clearwater and downtown St. Petersburg. The new restaurant will also offer Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, but under a different name. Chef Bora hopes to open by Labor Day.
