Dee Maret, CCIM has brokered hundreds of commercial transactions over the past 15 years and is experienced with investors/owners and users in the Industrial, Office and Retail sectors. A Georgia native, Dee moved to Tampa in 1986. He has resided in St. Petersburg since 1991 and is well-versed on what makes Florida’s economy tick, its movers and shakers, and loves to educate commercial real estate investors on what’s happening in the fast-growing West Central Florida region. Dee served as the 2018 Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) President for Florida’s West Coast District. He began his real estate career in 2004, earning his company’s Rookie of the Year honors. Dee led Coldwell Banker Commercial as a commercial director for six years – ultimately leading more than 700 agents from Hawaii to Maine. He joined Bridgewater in December 2018. He has closed more than $25 million since 2023.
