Kris Dumke
Kris, a Florida native, lives in St. Petersburg and specializes in Pinellas County, focusing on industrial, office and retail properties. He is the managing broker for Bridgewater Commercial and has built a team that has brokered over $165m in total volume since opening in late 2018. Kris learned his marketing knowledge from the University of South Florida, graduating as a Provost’s Scholar. Kris has real estate experience ranging from industrial development land, to retail sales and leasing. He is currently in the process of earning his CCIM designation. Kris began his real estate career in 2015 and started Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate in late 2018.
