Kris Dumke
Kris Dumke is a Florida native based in St. Petersburg and the Managing Broker of Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in commercial real estate brokerage throughout Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area, with a focus on industrial, office, and retail properties. Kris directly helps both private investors and owner-users sell or lease their properties.

Since founding Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate in late 2018, Kris has built a growing brokerage team that has collectively brokered over $250 million in total transaction volume. His experience spans industrial development land, retail sales and leasing, and office transactions, allowing him to advise both investors and owner-users across a wide range of commercial property types.

Kris began his commercial real estate career in 2015 and brings a hands on approach to every transaction. He earned his Marketing degree from the University of South Florida, graduating as a Provost’s Scholar, and uses his background in marketing to promote properties and guide transactions to a smooth closing.

Kris is a Candidate Member of the Florida CCIM Chapter and lives and works near downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.
