Shane Billings is a Broker Associate Realtor with Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate and

represents buyers and sellers of office, retail, industrial properties, land, and

environmentally impacted properties. Shane was Bridgewater's TOP Producer in 2021

and 2024. He also provides tenant/landlord representation in each of these property

types. A Tampa resident since 1994, he graduated from Indiana University in 1992 with

a BS in Environmental Science. His environmental background has enabled him to provide

solutions for property owners to sell their real estate even when contamination exists on

and off site from the property. In addition to commercial real estate, he has over 31 years of

environmental industry experience having managed/completed in excess of 1,000

environmental due diligence studies on all types of real estate throughout Florida. He has

extensive experience conducting contamination assessments, groundwater monitoring,

initial remedial actions and storage tank closure assessments at commercial/industrial

sites, gas stations, dry cleaners and agricultural properties. His ardent ability to navigate

and obtain public agency and historical land use records allows him to provide his clients

with invaluable knowledge to help them purchase or sell real estate. Shane has been

successful throughout his career by providing detailed and responsive service to his clients
