ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Jan. 15, 2025) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate closed 40 transactions in 2024, resulting in $26.3 million in total volume, which includes both the firm's sales and leasing services.
Shane Billings was recognized as Bridgewater's top-producing agent for 2024; Billings also won the company’s "Top Dog" award in 2021.

Davis Nunneley earned the firm's largest single sale of 2024, a brewery at 1776 11th Ave. N. in St. Petersburg for $2.3 million. The property is now home to Outcast Brewing Company.
Kori Billings completed Bridgewater's largest lease transaction, a $3.8 million daycare facility in Zephyrhills.
Dumke founded Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate LLC in 2018, and his firm has now closed nearly $200 million in total volume over its first six years.
