BEVERLY HILLS, Fla. (May 27, 2025) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the leasing of a 14,364 square-foot retail space at 3506 N. Lecanto Hwy. in unincorporated Beverly Hills. The free-standing building, constructed in 2004, is a former CVS, that sits near the front gates of Black Diamond Ranch, a premier private golf community.
Epic Health and Fitness Beverly Hills has committed to the space for 15 years. The 2.41-acre parcel offers plenty of free parking, prominent signage, and excellent ingress/egress. Epic Health is a gym franchise with several locations in West Central Florida.
