Bridgewater’s Dumke Sells Former Bank Building in Pasco for $1 Million

PORT RICHEY, Fla. – [June 17, 2025] – Kris Dumke of Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate successfully completed the sale of a former bank building located at 9037 U.S. Highway 19 in Port Richey, Florida, for $1 million.
