ST. PETERSBURG (April 4, 2022) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate totaled $44.73 million dollars in total volume in 2021, placing it at #24 in The Tampa Bay Business Journal’s annual ranking of top brokerages in the seven-county West Central Florida region.
Bridgewater’s Kris Dumke founded the boutique firm in December of 2018 and has been fortunate to oversee rapid growth. Bridgewater was ranked 31st in the 2020 ranking by the newspaper.
