ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2021) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of 5536 Central Avenue, a 3,301-square-foot office building, for $733,400 or $222 per square foot. The two-story custom-built facility previously was occupied by attorney offices. The quarter-acre parcel offers nice signage on both Central Avenue and First Avenue S. and 11 parking spaces.
“Central Avenue, west of 34th Street, continues to be a go-to location for professional office users,” broker associate Dee Maret CCIM said. “Buyers are able to get stand-alone buildings along this stretch of roadway, offer their employees free parking and are just 10 minutes to the beaches and Downtown,” Maret added.
Maret represented the seller, Walker and Harrington Partnership, in the transaction. The purchase was financed by The Bank of Tampa and Pasadena Title Company was the closing agent.
