Kori Billings CCIM wins firm’s top-producing agent for the year
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Jan. 3, 2023) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate closed 64 transactions in 2022, resulting in $43.65 million in total volume.
Bridgewater’s Managing Broker Kris Dumke founded the boutique firm just four years ago and has built a 7-person team of agents that are well-respected across the Tampa Bay region.
Kori Billings CCIM, based in Tampa, was recognized as the firms’ top agent at the company’s year-end celebration last Thursday at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club.

Here is a breakdown of the final numbers for 2022:
Thirty-four closed sales totaled $38 million.
Thirty lease transactions totaled $5.65 million.
Industrial sales was the firm’s top sector at $17.6 million.
Professional office, including 7 medical office transactions, totaled just over $10 million.
Retail transactions totaled $6.1 million.
Vacant commercial land totaled 5.7 million.
