ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (Oct. 13, 2022) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of 3601 First Ave. N for $770,000. The classic 1938 home, which was previously converted to office use, total 2,259 square feet and sits on a 0.41-acre triple-sized lot that offers 144 feet of frontage along First Avenue N.
This sale was handled by Bridgewater’s Managing Broker Kris Dumke.

Workforce housing developers also are interested in building townhomes and multifamily units along the corridor as the city is expected to increase density in 2023 along the new Sunrunner Rapid Bus Transit route, which runs directly in front of the property. The bus service begins Oct. 21 and will offer increased connectivity for riders headed to and from downtown and St. Pete Beach.
