LAR, Fla. (Sept. 22, 2021) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of a land assemblage just off West Bay Drive in downtown Largo.
The three-parcel 0.71-acre assemblage – 152, 160 and 164 11th Street SW – is ripe for multifamily development and 21 units are allowed.
