SHANE BILLINGS SELLS 4.65 AC OF DEVELOPMENT LAND FOR THE SECOND TIME




Tampa, Fla. (June 19th, 2024) – Bridgewater Commercial Real Estate announces the sale of a 4.65 acre residential property in Northwest Tampa for $1.75 million after the sellers rezoned the property from RES-9 to PUD.

 

Shane Billings, the listing agent, originally sold the property in 2022 for $1.25 million. After the sale, he guided his client through the rezoning process to rezone the property as Planned Unit Development, which will allow for commercial, retail, and multi-family uses. With the new zoning in place, Billings was able to resell the property for $500,000 more than his client’s original investment.
